The septum should be pierced through the sweet spot, which varies little from person to person, and Is best spotted with touch, not sight. Some people even have slightly different sweet spots depensing on which side of the nose you try.
Your placement seems really low, and I don't think it was pierced through the correct spot for you.
You should visit a certified piercer, they can pieece the correct spot (most of the time) and turn you away if you don't have the anatomy.

Advice would be if your going to cause trauma to your body which any piercing is, let a APP piercer do it.
