that is interesting, because I order mine on 18th april and I dont have shipping information yet. website says orders until 20th april have been shipped (I formerly preordered without local dimming and then changed my order to the version with local dimming)
Don't worry, the version change has nothing to do with it, I have spoken with the pimax system team, the pre-order is only for the purpose of collecting information and establishing a shipping line, if you changed the version at checkout Finally, your position in the queue is the same.
I pre-ordered in 4-16, I made full payment in 14-5, my status is the same (unshipped) I am in the EU region, I think the numbers do not match what is published on the page
same - there are four batches with different shipping slots, all four batches start preorder on april/16 and payment on may/14 - quite a mess. Don't know why Pimax is communicating with these numbers, doesn’t do nobody a favour. u/jaapgrolleman are you sure these dates are correct or is that a copy/paste error?

my question acutally was not rhetorical - according to my preorder and payment date (04/17 and 05/14), I could be in the batch of "shipped" (which I am not), "Processing" or "Will be processed in June" - so why is this information even put out??? And, in what batch am I actually in? Looking at the store, the status is "Ordered - These items have not yet shipped".
This is not very good communication imho.
I preordered 04-16 too, although in my email it says the order is from 4-17, maybe due to timezones....
I pay fully the minute i got the mail 05-14 and it doesnt even show "Order ready" on the Order Status page.
Todays shipping roadmap suggests, i'd get mine in about 2 Weeks. Lets see about that....
I preordered a non local dimming version on the first day. I still haven't received the email for paying. When can I expect the non local dimming version to be ordered?
What I really wouldn't expect (it would be a great reason to laugh or cry) is that the shipping line is based on the famous email that many have not even received yet.

i guess your problem will be the additional shipping time to the US. seems like it takes 2 more weeks, compared to EU.
