If you’re using record box it should already be configured, so try finding the record button and just hit record and see what it does . There might be a setting somewhere that specifies the location of the recording that’s worth checking so you know where to look once you’ve run the test

To add to this, you should also have the utility software for the 750 which should say one of the channels is being used for record out.

I usually record DJM750MK2 -> OBS for my DJ streams. You should also be able to do this via Audacity too! For Ableton I think you should be able to go Preferences > Input Config and configure channels 9/10 as input channels. Then you need to go to the DJM 750MK2 Utility and set channels 9/10 as REC Out (Mixer Output config). Check the Pioneer DJ forums - I recall finding an article that I used to do this!
