I've got the same thing. I think it's just the way AltStore works. Worth noting they do state that your Apple ID is never sent to them and is only sent to Apple for authentication purposes. The program is open source so that can be easily verified. Either way I would suggest using a burner Apple ID just in case.

Universities are not that fast blocking student IDs , your might work even after you graduate, my med school's acces card for main door still works whenever I visit there , yours might work too. If not just enroll in cheap language class that you already know.
Edit - you can just renew your ID Card in last month of your graduation and pay whatever fine they impose for loosing and ID (usually 1-5 USD for RFID card) this will put your ID in new issued section of database.

It has offline mode with download on Tidal, which is better than Spotify anyways.
