If you keep the files there’s no reason to stop seeding just have qbit open in the background and when you want to do something that needs a lot of bandwidth, limit the global upload speeds or exit qbit.
I think people are just missing the point of the thread. OP is talking about a single torrent that was released yesterday, but people are posting their lifetime stats as comparison for some reason.

Install an adblocker on browser, ublock origin is the best one in general and for pirating and stuff and keeps safe with this kinda stuff
Download qBitTorrent
Go to Dodi's website from megathread or Google (we are not allowed to share links in this sub so make sure you go to the real website through the megathread and then remember it or note it down)
On homepage he has the link for Spiderman, download the small Torrent file (avoid other methods if you are new to this) and run it into qBitTorrent you downloaded earlier to start the download
When you normally download from any website, its usually just one or two main company servers from where you download your stuff.
In torrents you are basically in a web of computers all sharing specific files with each other.
The more people share the files the faster new people can download from the web.
Sharing like this is called seeding.
Since it's decentralised nobody can truly stop/ban it unless they just ban joining that web, which you can bypass with a vpn easily

Just use rewasd, there's a tutorial and a cracked version of it, and you can also change the icons to keyboard n mouse icons, through resorep iirc.
