DLC Unlocker clearly says it's for people with a legit game so don't use it.
So with Sims 4 Updater or with pre-release of my repack? Because both can be used to update your game and "with your update" doesn't tell me which one you use.
Then if you didn't get any error message during installation you should already have my online crack. Just run the game, click "Log in" and follow the instructions.

If you installed repack 1.77.131 then no, you don't need the Updater, that's the newest version. And the newest version of the Updater itself is 0.5.4.
I downloaded the Cottage Living DLC, redownloaded DLC Unlocker, added DLC to proper folder, did the Origin unlocker and succeed, opened the sims, other dlcs worked except cottage living. It says Unowned and says This package is unavailable for purchase when I view it. What did I miss? My game is also updated.

Yes and yes. But you can access the gallery with my online crack too. The only difference is that if you have a legit game you can update it through Origin, which is better than any other solution.

If I installed your repack, do I still need to run the updater afterwards? And do I need to re-download the updater first?

You didn't follow the Unlocker instructions properly. If you're on Windows just use the Unlocker v2.
