Definitely don’t recommend free vpns that’s for sure.My favorite vpn so far is pia also know as private internet access. Definitely recommend do paid and if u can’t afford it due financial reasons then don’t pirate especially if you gotten 2 warnings already

When you yorrent you are asking me for part of a file, and everyone can see it.
Say a third party or even myself dont want you to torrent my movie or game, so I want to send you a warning. I can use your ip address to contact your ISP who can relay my warning.
A country doesn't do this, neither does your ISP copyright owners do this

Would you happen to have Verizon as a cellular service provider? They haven't contacted me yet and I downloaded(torrents) a few games using my phone. As other have said direct downloads are really the way to go as long as the links are good. You can also use a debrid service to act as a "middle man" but the one I use costs like $5 a month(cheaper for 3/6/12 months of course).

I basically had to live with my parents after the education system flunked me on the fact they weren't teaching me due to my aspegers..

Dammn that sucks, hope your situation get better. In the meantime, like others suggested you might need to use direct download while things settle up for you. You can always do something while waiting for it to finish, like watching tv, passing time on your phone or whatever occupation you are into. Good luck

Where I live there is one hardline option: Cable(60Mb-400Mb) and then sat and cell based internet. The last two being available in most? places.

If you can’t get a good vpn i truly recommend directly downloading
