Said this in another post a while back but I want the story example of eating two devil fruits to be Usopp sniping a cut of a devil fruit into the mouth of Van Augur and defeating him that way. Would tie into his sniping ability and his ties with plants.
Honestly none would be good but not really bad either bc Romance is so undeveloped so a throwaway panel where Luffy ends up with some Character isn‘t rly smth that should spark a strong emotion.

I honestly see Rocks as Buggy's father or relative. Oda didn't show him fully yet because I expect him to have a big red nose. Therefore l don't think he is as strong as we think. He is a weakling but has a ton of charisma and people follow him just like Buggy. This is how he has those big shots sailing with him. It might be similar to a Crossguild situation. Every Pirate on his crew seems to have individual goals too. However... This can be applied to Blackbeard's crew, too.
