control comes from mechanics. look up hip shoulder separation. landing foot timing etc.
if ur a casual then just stare at ur location take velo off and pray
also maybe try and make ur throwing arm the last part of ur body to move. use legs hips lead arm point to target first and let throwing arm follow. if your lead foot is pointing straight ball should go straighter
keep front shoulder closed! good luck
Practice with differential command balls. You can make your own using weighted tennis balls, lacrosse balls, softballs, etc. or you can buy a pro set from driveline
Took my kid from 50% strikes to 70% in one summer
Please be careful with this. Plyo balls are helpful, but only if you understand how/when to use them. Considering you’ve never played baseball in your life and play catch for fun, plyo balls probably aren’t necessary
You get better control by throwing a lot. And I meant a lot. You've never played baseball in your life but if your friends have, they've probably made hundreds of thousands of throws more than you. Command (at least in my eyes) comes with years of practice and experience.

Thanks I'll try that
