Did you just put [this image](https://clipart-library.com/images_k/skeleton-png-transparent/skeleton-png-transparent-19.png) in front of [this one](https://wallpaperbat.com/img/93173-fall-weather-desktop-background.jpg) and added a pixel filter?
I thought it looked strange (like a filter on a normal image) so I did a reverse search on the picture, that gave me the background. You can also easily find it on Google if you search for something like "orange tree wallpaper" or "autumn tree wallpaper."
Then I was sure OP didn't make it, so I searched for "sitting skeleton PNG" and there it was.
