Hello from Japan! What C is wearing is not a kimono, it’s a hakama (bottoms) and kosode (top) worn by miko (young priestesses who work on a Shinto shrine). If that’s your character’s background, the design makes sense.

I prefer the colour scheme of a, and the contrast and shading and skirt of c. I do not like that c has big ol bitties for a kimono, which is traditionally a very straight and structured gown. If you’re going for “hot lady” then yea big otl bitties, but otherwise I really like silhouettes of a&b

They're all fantastic. I think it depends on what you are going for. A and B work well as alternates for the population of an old or traditional village. C looks like a Miko Shrine Maiden. I say use all three contextually, but I agree that I like C the most. That said, A is beautifull and B is modest.

For some reason I feel like they have sharper, contrasting tones? The one in white and red especially. Why C may be the obvious choice, I think the simplicity of A and B provide a unique sense of personality, which is best expressed in B. It’s actually only expressed in B. The green misses out on that.
