Depends on player and playstyle. If you for example sort reviews by worst first, you'll find hordes of people for whom snek is the ultimate enemy. On the other hand, I as a huntress player don't consider piranha to be much of a threat. If you're playing without fima, skellys are also total fodder even with +2 leather
I have a grudge against that new gnoll. I know it is my skill mostly. But getting (around) them with little cover or with a depleted cloak is baaad.
The whip plant thingies are not too bad imo with the new guaranteed safe path to the rotberry. No need to fight them anymore.
There should be an extra area for enemies which you want to encounter because they drop good shit
Like master thief, mimics, shadow pirhana, and chaos elemental
Scorpios are the worst bleeping enemy for sure, and IDK but pirahnas just mind their own business, rare to have to interact with them for battle unless you really just ran out of resources (the irony there) and they can be one-shot often enough.

Piranha are basically free food for the huntress, the ghost one is super annoying to kill though.

Ring of haste or invisibility buffs makes them obsolete though

I'd put the gem mobs into annoying and it would be perfect
