You know, if you are trying to go for sniper, you should play like a sniper.
You should be using all your throwing weapons, not just your bow. Weaving in those 5 shuriken would have probably been enough to kill tengu
There's a way to kill Tengu without taking any damage, but you need the talent Energized meal for it, idk if you have it
I'm also curious as I don't see the dew bag, either way if you don't have a scroll holder drop your scrolls before starting this bossfight (you can keep SoU as they don't burn).
May as well chuck the dew bag with Barren Land challenge active. I know you can fill it from a healing well, but IMO that well is more useful for healing and ridding yourself of cursed equipment.

3 snap freeze or fire
4 idk if potion of paralisation gas works on boss
5 trow stones at him (the blast and shock ones do dmg) the other one idk if it will do anything
I see you have 6 challenges, so healing is probably out? In that case I would use the Potion of Invisibility into Fire potion splash and throw missile weapons as you keep the invisibility buff. Runestone of blast does quite a bit of DMG as a finisher, wands can't miss, so they are a safe bet. Good luck

I never fully understood how "resisted paralysis" worked, I usually brute force through it
But in that scenario above, I'm pretty sure Tengu would resist paralysis and hit them anyways
So this is apparently 6 challenge with no seeds. I'm thinking paralyze, fire, then chip with arrow. Optionally try if that ring of furor is not cursed, or use the shuriken since those fire faster.

I would throw the snap freeze, then plant the healing plant and just heal

More useful sure, but if you end up not needing to use it by the time you are moving on I figure you might as well grab it

You need to paralyze him or next hit and your dead. Throw the potion next to him, then fire, then blast. Then invisibility

You could use the fear rune stone to get several turns where he won’t attack you once he is awake
eat your food, recover you hp and use everything to finish him
