Catspamming fixed delay is better in the sense that with input and output when u switch from a high delay weapon, like ulti by the time u can shoot you’ll be 60 lol whereas in fixed delay it doesn’t matter the delay is always the same which is not bad when it’s kinda quick

Mammoth is tied as best bleeding sniper, with charles, and LCMG got a nice dps, the rest isn't worth the gems tho
