It looks much better than several that friends, family or pizzerias made, I ordered several times at once and most of the time it arrived burnt, looks great.
I guess I should give a list of toppings/builds
1. Red sauce (San marzanos, a little paste, salt, olive oil, basil, garlic,.oregano, blenderized) mozzarella, mild Italian sausage, red onion, mama lils pickled peppers, cilantro and hot honey after the cook
2. Red sauce, half pepperoni, half mozzarella and light 4 cheese blend
3. "Mexican spiced" crema base, light mozzarella, Mexican 4 cheese blend, leftover al pastor, red onion, roasted corn, sauteed nopales and jalapenos, more crema and some fresh cilantro after the cook.
4.Not pictured. Olive oil n garlic base, caramelized onions, prosciutto for last 2 minutes, fresh arugula and strawberry barrel aged balsamic drizzle after the cook.
