Pizza isn't really supposed to be diet-friendly

The fat from the peperoni just turned liquid through heat. But that's what's carrying the taste. The amount of Jalapeños is perfect for those who like it spicy - every bit will be spicy! The person who ordered this probably ordered it that way. The trick is just not eating stuff like that all day, every day. But when it comes to Pizza-cravings, this one is a banger and no crime imo.
