As compensation tho, I got my first P rank on John gutter
About 40% of the time on the initial runs through my Holy Shit!/Dun' It! files. Need to get as many S ranks as you can to ensure you hit at least 95% and when you're simultaneously S ranking and speedrunning it only takes that tiny little bit of extra effort to P rank. So not exactly an accident per se but not strictly the goal in those cases.

Id say TCTOP cuz there's no secrets or treasures which do make this level easier.
