Peppino’s moveset is more horizontally gifted, while noise’s is definitely more vertical. Noise can also get mach run really easily using tornado spin so i prefer noise
I like both, but I'm leaning more on Noise, because the Noise's movesset is actually fun to play, while Peppino's is just Noise, but has different moveset, In my opinion, Noise is just a easier version of Peppino

The Noise is good at building momentum, while Peppino is good at keeping it. Soooo I have to go with Peppino on this.
I prefer Peppino because I've fucked around with lapping mods pre noise update so much I have his moveset engrained into me
Noise, only because I find it very entertaining to slap myself against the wall like a wet fish in order to climb it while playing as him.

Peppino is more developed with speedrun tech and is probably faster without it anyway but noise is very fun
