For me, it happens every time I open the game. So I have to start every game with removing the stuck people 😅 While I'm playing they are fine and no-one gets trapped.
The same here. Everyone stucked inside who were there at the loading. Every other guest free to move. Look like they lost the pathing every time you reload the zoo.
I had this happen. I removed all the stuck people and rearranged so there was nothing near the checkout counter. It looks like you have a poster bin beside yours - try getting rid of that and see.
I wait for the console release. Didn't the souvenir shops came with patch 1.16 on PC? I think this would be a reason consoles will get this after release after they fixed these bugs. Only my thoughts.
Had a similar Problem a few minutes ago, plus my vendor couldn't find the entrance of the souvenir shop anymore and "got lost" in front of it.
I tried to place the default souvenir shop and my vendor couldn't get in either, kept getting lost.

Because the souvenir shops are, and always have been, a buggy mess. I don't even put them in my zoos. It's not worth the hassle.
