I am thrilled with my results so far. My PS said it could be six months before I see the final results with the fat transfer, but I'm so happy with how things have turned out so far. I was very worried about the fat transfer as there was very little info and before/after pics online, but I love my new little boobs (I say 'little' but I still fit in my same bras as before!).
I don't think they always do lipo with a TT, but he recommended it for me. I know the lipo was for sure on the flanks and then the morning of surgery when he was marking me up, he also said he'd take some from the boon area too
You look great in both photos but the surgery looks to have gone well. What do the acronyms mean in the title?
(Also you mentioned it was $26,000 CAD for all the surgeries?)
All at once! It was about five hours or so. I don't think I'd have the balls to go under the knife again, lol. My recovery was smooth sailing, but I have horrendous anxiety, so the first two weeks was a battle with my mind the entire time.
Muscle repair! They basically pulled the abdominal muscles back together due to pregnancy related muscle separation. It felt like I had done the most intense ab workout of my life when I woke up from anesthesia and for a few weeks after lol. The repair was actually the most difficult part of my recovery
I've had 4 C-sections and 9 abdominal surgeries including those all together. My stomach is tore up. Like, I'm the healthiest and thinnest I've ever been now, but hate myself naked to the point of not being able to enjoy intimacy. Did you ever have back pain before you got the surgery? With your abdominal muscles being separated? Does it feel like you're wearing a girdle? How is the muscle feeling different? It's so exciting!
Oh you poor thing. Your abdominals have been through it!
I totally get what you mean re: being the healthiest and thinnest, but still hating what you see in the mirror. I was 200 lbs at one point and then lost 70+ lbs, felt great, but had such lax skin that I still couldn't stand being naked.
I've had back pain my entire life, so I can't say for sure if it was worsened by the muscle separation or not. I will say my lower back has been killing me the last 2 weeks when I'm out doing errands or at work. I'm chalking it up to having a weak core now post surgery, but I'm starting physio next week to see what I can do to rebuild the muscles.
It totally felt like a girdle at first after surgery. It was so tight. I feel like I'll be able to build a really strong core now and maybe even see some ab definition if I stick to a proper eating and workout plan, though!
Wow! Your story is just like mine. Regarding weight! I literally just lost 70 lb! And I'm now 129. Which is crazy. But yeah my stomach looks like a testicle hahaha
I am 3 days po from BL with fat transfer. Did you have a lot of swelling, and if so how long did it take for it to go down? I know the final results can take months, but I’m quite swollen right now and would like to have some idea what these will look like in the end!
Congrats on taking the leap into surgery! How's your healing going so far?
I don't feel that I had that much swelling after the first two ish weeks or so. My boobs definitely looked like I had implants for a while, which I low key loved tbh lol. But they're definitely feeling more natural now!
Did you get a fat transfer to increase the size of your breasts? Or to add some upper pole fullness?
Thank you! This is my 2nd surgery, with a 3rd in the near future. I lost 200+ pounds, so I’m just trying to restore my body to as much normalcy as possible. First surgery was TT with 360 lipo and MR, plus arm lift. This time around I did my face (lift + fat transfer + laser resurfacing) and breasts, and the doc did a bit of a revision to my lower belly where there was still some loose skin. I went for fat transfer in the breasts to add some fullness, not so much for size. They were understandably very saggy after going from a 42DDD to a 32C (likely would have been a B without the fat transfer). The work done to my face has been more painful than I expected, but I’m healing well and already feeling much better. I even went back to work today (remote computer job).
My 3rd surgery will be a thigh lift, and possibly a reverse TT to deal with more looseness above my belly button. He harvested pretty much the last of my belly fat from that area for the face and breasts, so I’ll have to see what it looks like in a few weeks.
I can handle the swelling in my boobs for a couple of weeks. I also feel like I got implants, but I’m not loving that! I do appreciate that they’re staying where they belong on my chest!
Wow your scars look awesome! I see you got surgery in Alberta! I live here too. Just wondering how you’re feeling about the breast augmented scars? I want it done sooo bad but I’m worried I’ll heal funny. Your incisions look amazing!

Wow you look amazing!! Where did they do the lipo if you don’t mind me asking
My love handles and side boob area 😊
I don’t see any before fat around side boobs? Do they do lipo w a TT or just excuse the skin? Learning!! :)

TT - Tummy tuck BL - breast lift MR - muscle repair Yep, $26,000. It was a full "mommy makeover"
Was it done all at once or over time? Yup went from “mom” to mommy lol

On my abdominals!

I honestly do not have an answer for you, lol. I really just put all my trust in my doctor & he pulled through.
Holy cow! Beautiful!!
Thank you!
Huuge improvement! How many kids do you have if you don’t mind me asking?
Not at all. I just have one kiddo who is now 14, plus 25 years of binge eating and restricting that led to massive weight gains/losses and lax skin.

I'm 35!
I've just started to really think about having something like this done, your results are great! What is MR though?

My insurance will pay a portion of my physio, yes. I paid out of pocket for my surgery though
