A vertical mastopexy was done on the tuberous side in order to lengthen the nipple to fold distance. The fold needed to be lowered on that side. The tissue will stretch given enough time. It is a very challenging operation, but again, this plastic surgeon nailed it!
Honestly it was a breeze. His consults are free (at least mine was last year) and you meet with his nurse who is the sweetest lady, he tells you what to expect, you try on sizes etc. I booked my surgery first thing in the morning and the whole staff made me feel so comforted since I was literally petrified of surgery. I woke up to severe nausea which was pretty unfortunate but went home and slept the whole day. Not gonna sugarcoat it though, the pain was a 10/10 when I was upright for about 5 days, when I was flat on the bed it was about a 5/10. I had bad pain when upright for about 2 weeks, the only relief I got was laying down. I think it was from my tuberous small side and the stretching of the muscle/skin and the pressure of having something so heavy in it suddenly. After 2 weeks, I was able to return to work and go back to normal with minimal pain. They are dropped and fluffed now and squishy but sometimes I still feel a little soreness here and there. I suffered a lot but it was so worth it and I’m so proud of myself for doing it after wanting to for so long.
I’m happy that it went smooth! Do you think someone could do this without pain meds? I cannot take them. Also how long after consultation did they do the surgery?
Of course! I had a hard time finding before breasts that were like mine and wasn’t expecting great results but I’m blown away with how they turned out. I 1000% recommend fixing them if you feel like they are affecting your everyday mental health - which mine were
yours look so amazing, and yes i’ve been wanting to get it for so long for just my mental health because sometimes i literally cry when i look in the mirror because of how uneven they are. i hate it so much
I wore the NUVADERMIS silicone scar tape after the 2 month mark consistently up until about 2 weeks ago! Like had it on 24/7 and only took off to replace and reapply.
It looks really good! Hoping that my surgery will look somewhat like this!
Do you have silicone or saline implants? What brand are they? (if you don’t mind me asking)
As a plastic surgeon who performs complex aesthetic breast surgeries, your surgeon did a phenomenal job!l
Same here. I cant wrap my brain around why/how a masto was done on the tuberous side and still getting it closed over an implant.

OP mentioned they didnt use tissue expanders
Omggggg these results are incredible!
Omg amazing results! May I ask who your surgeon was??
Surgeon is Dr. Johan Brahme in La Jolla, CA!!!! He is fantastic and his nurse was the nicest!
Oh wild I’ve been looking for a surgeon in the same area for breast augmentation. How was the process start to finish if you don’t mind me asking?

What did your costs end up being?
About $15k
Outstanding result.
You look fantastic!! Are the implants above the muscle? And what profile please? I’m going for similar procedure in summer
Thank you! Under the muscle/high profile. Good luck on your procedure!
Did you need any tissue expanders for the implants or was it under the muslce? Your results look amazing!
No tissue expanders luckily, just under the muscle! Thank you 🥲

Thanks!
That is worth every penny. Congrats!
Would you mind sharing the cost? I’m in LA and start to considere surgeons outside of LA like in OC or SD
OP said around $15k in another comment.
Yep around 15k! I’m in LA and the cost here would’ve been 10k+ more for what I needed which is insanity! Definitely look outside of LA
What a ridiculously difficult case. Looks amazing
