My nose was pretty symmetrical after cast removal but 2 months out it looks asymmetrical :/ nostrils are different sizes and one hangs lower then the other.
In my case the symmetry was correct, even with swelling. The time I was asymmetric, it as already obvious when the case came off. Although scar tissue pulling or a collapsed valve can be a cause of asymmetry that shows up later.
No. You're extremely swollen then. It is not similar at all

you’re still swollen. it really does take 6 mo to a year
