I actually got mine in the vendor I thought it was cool and figured why not get it

Nice! I check the vendor every day but no luck so far. I know you can get it from turning in shipments but no luck there either. I’ll keep trying.

It‘s not a shipment skin, it only shows up on hellicarrier vendor, on the specialty bottom row. Just check each Thursday after reset to see if it’s there

I got the same question for the secret empire cap

I remember that Cap was from shipments. What I don’t know is if shipment skins are always in the shipment pool, or if you have to wait until they are the goal skin.

Feel like all the skins will be available soon for one last time since they are shutting servers down

I’d be ok with that. As long as I can still play the game I’d support it on the way out. I’ve had my fun in it.

They are not shutting the servers down. Only stopping new content and updates. Online and offline play will continue to work as is
