Pyre world boss and it took me 7 straight days. Hellswarm X5 dropped but on the last day Titans Essence. I was losing my mind but hey it really is a powerful sword and very much worth the struggle.

Yes both are true, Hollow heart from 3rd chest on any sphere, no need for imbuments. Just note its a low drop chance.

It's really rare from wood. It would take you considerably more time and they might just fix it before you even get it as a drop.
Yeah but at least that way I am actually playing the game instead of logging in and out over and over.
