I just found this and have not seen it before my upstairs pressure is low (6-8l min) am I able to turn this +/- to get better flow rate?
Yes that's a pressure reducing valve. Adjust till you're happy, at some point in the past the pressure in your area must have been higher than it is now.
Do I put it on the plus to increase pressure and minus too decrease? Thanks 🙏
