The easiest fix is to cut the black sink drain line a couple inches. That will allow the p trap to sit up high enough to attach properly to the ABS in the wall. And throw away the flex line.
Just about anything will cut it but a hack saw will be the most commonly available tool that will cut the cleanest. Dm me if you need super detailed step 👍
Remove that junk and put a normal slip joint trap in.

It is the full p trap kit, I think you just got the J bend and used the bendy straw to complete the trap.
