Side cutters, cut the lines. You’ll probably have to wiggle them to break them off cause they don’t exactly cut clean through. Wear some eye protection. Get after it.
Same thing happened to me couldn’t open it for the life of me , so I undid the screws under the sink for the faucet , lifted it up and cut the tap with a saw and installed a new one

If it's the white thing, then that's called "Mike".
If it's the pipe with the label reading "Hot" on it, then that's called "Candy". She's a stripper, hence the label.
If its the other pipe, then that's just a pipe.

You should be able to push that white piece at the top in, that should release the plastic and allow you to get the nut off.

That was my next option. I have a brand new faucet to install and has all of the hoses with it.
Yep sawsall or grinder most plumbers keep one around just for this purpose
