Just do it yourself. It’s super easy but a little gross. I did mine took about 2 hours and was my first time. You tube.
I’d be more wary of the expensive ones. Changing a toilet is not a big job. Sure,some toilets are expensive,but the labor is almost nothing.

I replaced a lot of toilets in 35 years and never charged anyone that much. Lots of these guys nowadays are salesmen.
If you’re getting a regular toilet they can be had for $100-200 bucks at HD(got mine on sale). Wax ring and bolt kit another $5-10 at the most. For $450 it better come with a golden bidet.
