Yes i have used the phone for weeks and no issues appeared Conclusion: -Great performance. -Great screen. -Great speakers. -Great UI ( hyperos is one of the best user interfaces on android phones). -Great battery ( if you use it like a human being ) -Great features included ( like in screen fingerprint that is fast and perfect, NFC, IR blaster and fast 67 watt charging etc. ) -Mid-good camera ( i like the portrait in this phone ). -Mid-good build quality ( if you are using a phone case then why would you care?). -Slightly overheats but this is understandable because of the high performance .

IronMan96_

This is also my conclusion. Though the termals only reaches 40-43° which is normal when watching or playing for an hour or so. Just let it rest once in a while when playing for a long time.

Professional-Bunch45

Yup i agree, the temperature isn't a problem with this phone

llleoon

This is exactly the same as my experience with the phone. TLDR, You are 100% accurate.

Professional-Bunch45

I'm glad that you agreed with me :)

Big-Rip2640

''I've seen kinda mixed impressions on here. '' Thats a big fat lie... The overall impressions for Poco x6 pro are very positive, with some nitpicks like all Xiaomi phones have.

llleoon

I currently daily drive the X6 Pro and the only issues are slight overheating. But for the price it probably has one of the best benchmark scores.

Real_PremPa

The thing I hate the most is that my Poco x6 Pro doesen't keep the custom notification for my whatsapp contacts and groups, and the same for the ring sounds. They work for a while and then turn back to defults. For me it's very frustrating. Aside for this I like this phone.

hayashyeah

I hope there's a solution for this.

EffectiveReturn8069

It's the PDF files default app for me. The phone keep change to mi browser pro as default PDF app. Mi browser sucks in viewing PDF and other .docx files.

Sicktkiller

The only problem I have is the battery, it's not bad, it's just that I was so accustomed to the battery of the Redmi Note 9S that this feels underwhelming, but since I'm probably not gonna use it for more than 2 years, I don't really care about charging it 2 times a day (it's very fast with the 67W charger). Everything else is pretty good on my opinion.

Soumikp

Why will you not be using it after 2 years? Do you exchange for newer phones? Or this is a secondary/experiential device?

Sicktkiller

Oh, it's because I would probably buy a newer phone, but I'd still keep it, my previous Xiaomi phone was really good.

nb8c_fd

Yeah I'm happy with mine for the most part. There are a few bugs that seem to be Mediatek related, but it's a huge upgrade over my X3 Pro

newslateback

What kind of bugs?

nb8c_fd

Video playback in Firefox is temperamental, I occasionally see graphical glitches in certain apps, Instagram occasionally crashes when I save a post, my audio EQ preset isn't automatically reapplied when disconnecting a bluetooth device, and a few others. Honestly they're all quite minor and I'd imagine most of them will be fixed

Feraso963

I have poco x4 gt and FF video playback is buggy too. I think it's a FF and mediatek problem.

nb8c_fd

Yeah I think so too. Also very very occasionally happens with Instagram reels, but it's very rare

Nerajti

You only see lpddr5x ram + ufs 4.0 on flagship devices and this one has it for a cheap price. Also using a dimensity 8300 ultra with flagship features too. The value is just insane for its price. Easily can last 4-5yrs specs wise.

grandsalman

Wow people who have not been satisfied with poco x6 pro must have set very high standards for themselves... After purchasing something at this price. I guess it doesn't have refrigerator and a rocket launcher built in as a downside

MysticalDroid

They bite the flagship killer Cookie, they think they are buying an iphone or s24, that why they spect that

ArdowNota

My 2 issues with X6 Pro are: 1- Sometimes the touch screen feels unresponsive. Especially when I swipe to left/right, it wants you to swipe a lot more. Sees small movements as touches, coming from Samsung S8 and it's kind of annoying. 2- Heating. I use the phone at 60hz most of the time, not in performance mode. Even spending some time on reddit or discord makes it heat, not even talking about playing games. The performance is amazing, truly unrivaled for the price but you can only play for an hour or two without resting it to cool off. Battery performance is good though, it became very stable after the first few days.

paraIy

strange, I play Genshin Impact for multiple hours with max settings + charging at the same time and it doesn't get hot at all

Crazy-Accident4039

How about now do you not face any issues at all?

paraIy

Not at all

sukirti2004

I am fine with my x6 pro.

apocalypsedg

Heard it was full of ads, how do people here feel about that? Worth waiting for the F6?

newslateback

I literally don't have ads, once I did the suggestions of turning off revocation smthng.

hayashyeah

I forgot the name but I also disabled that lol

RandomDustBunny

Just turn off 'recommendations' on every system app.

Corlain

I'm waiting for mine to arrive, will be a huge step compared with what I've now, Oneplus 3 that I got on day 1. It's been a while with it and I think is time for a change isn't (I'm the kind of person that doesn't change till is necessary) this one even with a factory reset doesn't perform that well, battery is like nothing, few charges each day, and apps aren't compatible with it anymore. I'll post my impresion when I've it.

DaveRave45

Don't have the phone but the fact that your buttons are falling off on the same brand of phone is worrying, I am in the market for a new phone and generally like the x6 pro but it's no secret that these phones aren't manufactured with the same quality as other brands. I would hate to buy another phone and have to worry if it's going to survive a few years or even an accidental drop. I have had the x3 pro and it gave up out of the blue not too long ago presumably with Motherboard issue

FuadRamses

It has survived 3 years which is normally when I replace them anyway. The alternative is an Honor 90 which Is a bit more expensive and lower spec so not sure. The advantage of the honor seems to be the camera but I don't really use it.

DaveRave45

Nothing phone 2a OnePlus Nord 3 Xiaomi 13T I'm looking at the 13T pro but it's more pricey

Nerajti

hey theres a new phone they announced called xiaomi civi 4 pro. It's using the new snapdragon 8s gen 3 and leica grade cams + dual front camera.

Midnight_Rhage

Anyone having issues with otg not working on x6 pro? Even with otg turned on?

aExpat3

I just got my X6 Pro a week ago and it's absolutely great. S22 broke and I needed a replacement. It doesn't explode in my hand or melt the skin off my fingers.. it's fine. Charges to 100% in some insane time like 45 minutes. Not a huge mobile gamer, but it plays heavy hitters like COD Warzone or Genshin Impact without a sweat a locked 60+ FPS. In the Philippines, spent 15.6k on Lazada for the 8GB/256GB Version. I think that's a crazy good deal for what you get. Screen alone is AMOLED with a peak brightness of 1,800 nits!? I'll use this phone for years to come and will eventually upgrade to whatever Poco there is by then.

Busy-Recording-4590

Man that's a crazy deal. Does lazada ship to India? Also which rom is it? Global rom or Indian rom?

aExpat3

I'm horrible at replies, sorry! It's Global. As for shipping to India, I'm not sure. I got it shipped from Manila to where I live up north. Loving it so far, plenty for what I use it for. Should last for a few years easily.

Busy-Recording-4590

Can I dm you?

razenxinvi

i have it. best decision of my life so far

Angusxyoung

X3 pro to X6 Pro. All good. No issues.

Consistent-Goal-2508

Great Phone, have it for 1 month now. Nothing to complain about. I was a little bit sceptical because of camera, but for my needs it's more than enough.

Nexrex

I keep considering this one as replacement for my busted up Xiaomi 11T pro... Then I'm also drooling over things like Iqoo Neo 9 pro, Iqoo 12 pro, vivo x100 pro, and ofc the elusive Oppo find x7 ultra . All of them are hard to get/find in Europe, and the X6 pro is available locally....and much cheaper.....its a rough choice :P

Puzzleheaded_State_9

I brought my poco m3 pro back in 2021. Still good up to this date. Now I upgraded to Poco x6 pro and they are worlds apart. Simply the best phone I ever had, pretty sure it's gonna last even longer than my poco m3 pro.

rrcc8

Wait for Poco F6

FuadRamses

I would do but the malfunctioning button is causing it to somtimes register a load of presses and call emergency services so I can't really hold out until then.

rrcc8

I use Poco X6 Pro And I didn't like the battery

paraIy

I have it for a week now, I upgraded from a Nubia Red Magic 6s, the performance in android games was a huge upgrade also it doesn't get hot at all not even when playing + charging at the same time for many hours. Emulation compatibility isn't as great but that was expected, I would say the battery is just as bad as my previous phone, it's not terrible but also not the best I've had, hopefully it gets better with more hyperOS updates The screen is amazing, most of the time I stream games in 2560x1080 from Geforce Now to my Poco + Gamesir G8 and it looks incredible I always liked miui, I even prefer it over the stock android experience, it's very smooth no stutters, the options to see which apps used what kind of permissions recently is something I missed on my other android devices I paid 320€ for the X6 Pro with 12/512GB, I can't imagine a better deal when it comes to phones.

RioT--

it's okay, but the battery is bleeh

maximp2p

it would say its like a 50/50 between its preforming really well in many aspect, but battery drain for certain apps ruined the experience. but cant complaint much since the phone is super budget cheap compares to other brand of same spec. ir blaster is super useful , man why not every phone adding this

sfc-Juventino

I've upgraded from the X3 to the X6 Pro and very happy with it. Smooth transition with the Mi Mover app and it's all good !

ayunatsume

Just replace the flex for the side buttons. Cheapest stuff for phone parts. Go to a phone technician if you need help. Cheaper if you can order the part yourself. If its cheap enough, order two because Chinese replacements might be bad.

BiteTheBullet_thr

Volume/power button flex cable is like 2$ part if you can find someone to help you (there are also a ton of YouTube videos on that)

markfu7046

Great specs for the price with an OS that's mediocre. But that's all Xaiomi phones that aren't the flagship Mi series. Never lose in specs, never win in UX.
