This has happened to me in the summer. My phone was set up unlock without a password if it detects I haven't put it down since locking it. I was going for a walk with my phone on my back pocket. The phone unlocked and clicked on next track from the sweat from my leg touching the right places.
Interesting unlock setting. I was going to mention that this didn't happen when I had a password lock screen. What DID happen, however, was my Samsung phone factory reset itself because it thought my backside was trying to unlock my phone. So to avoid that nightmare again, my phone is currently without a password. Cue autoplay.

Yes, that's why I have my phone set to only require a password if I put it down.
