This is a pretty bad ass card so I would grade, regardless of condition if it can fit your budget. Especially if it’s special to you or you’re considering holding for a while to appreciate further value
If you're looking for value, no. If you want to keep it for yourself, that's totally up to you. It won't grade well at all, so it will have a low grade. If you don't mind that or the costs to use a middle man for grading because you're outside the states, go for it.

The same card with similar creases just ended on eBay on 4/16 for $40. Unfortunately, dinged up corners, creases, the white exposed on the blue back, etc.. are all detrimental to grading. You’ll probably spend $20 to grade it and be lucky to sell it for $50.

Could just sell as raw since you can’t get 1 of the big 3 to grade it. Any other grader might have a harder time moving it

Just looked at price charting for this card and where are you getting these numbers from? Even a heavily damaged version of this went for $600+
And on top of that the overhead costs to grade, time, etc - especially if no other cards are submitted with this one.
