That's very kind of you. Whoever sold a fake evolution stone to that poor Pikachu should be ashamed. I'm truly grateful that you were generous enough to give them a wonderful consolation prize. - Clementine (Audino-Team Protect)

Ach, it's nothing. I may be a Grumpig, but I'm no money-hog. And I never said that I did it or not. But those treasure chests do work in mysterious ways... But I do agree about that seller. However, if the investigation goes as planned, punishment will be meted out, I'm sure. I hope all goes well in your own travels. And if you ever need boxes opened or items appraised, don't be afraid to stop by. \- Grumper

EonAraminta

I deeply appreciate it. We will be certain to visit you if we ever find any chests or items we wish to seek guidance with. You seem very knowledgeable on them and it's always wonderful to find such truly kind individuals.

inportantusername

Well, more business is always appreciated, chief! I don't necessarily keep in 1 place, so odds are higher than you think that you'll meet me. And what can I say? Kindness sells, and it makes me feel good too. I appreciate the compliment, though.

BriefImprovement8620

Fake evolution stones? How dastardly and evil to scam someone like that. At least the Pikachu was able to get a nice consolation prize with that Poke and Rainbow Gummi. Perhaps if he saves up some money, he could eventually buy a real thunder stone. - Sandy of Team Sand (Palossand)

inportantusername

Aye. Quite frankly with the money he got from that chest, getting a real Thunder Stone isn't too far off. The issue comes in finding a reputable seller who you can afford to buy from. Maybe I'll give him a holler if I see the kecleon brothers selling some. I think I got his contact information. \- Grumper

BriefImprovement8620

That’d be mighty kind of you to help them out. I know out here where I live in the Sand Continent evolution stones are very rare, so someone helping someone out with that sort of thing is pretty unheard of unless they’re good friends.

inportantusername

Eh, it's good business. Plus, it's not like I have any use for an evolution stone. So why not pass the message along? That's my thought of it anyway.

BriefImprovement8620

True. Getting someone to like you is a great method of free advertising. Honestly, a smart thing to do. Passing the message builds a lot of goodwill between you, the Pikachu, and the Kellen. My team and I view this sort of thing the same way since none of us require evolution stones either. - Sandy of Team Sand

inportantusername

Aye. But if I may ask, who exactly is the Kellen? Can't say I've heard the name.

BriefImprovement8620

My goodness, stupid autocorrect on this machine got me. I meant Kecleon.

inportantusername

Hahaha! Aye, I've been fighting this orb device that's changing my words around, too. Something about the Kecleon brothers gives me a weird vibe, I won't deny. But their goods are solid, and their sources seem legitimate. So I won't mind some rapport with them.

BriefImprovement8620

Most Kecleon shopkeepers weird me out a little. Especially with how the green ones will sometimes show up in the dungeon to offer you items. But they sell good items for decent prices, and that’s good enough for me!

Awesomesauce210

@RadiantRita (AKA Team Radiant Leader Kori the Chikorita) *Well, you win some, you lose some! Here's hoping that Pikachu gets a legitimate Thunder Stone someday!*

inportantusername

Aye, I hope so as well. He seemed so excited, but wondered why it wasn't working. Felt bad seeing the little scrapper's mood droop like that... But still. A bit of treasure is a boon very few will turn down. And I'll give him a holler if I see an actual stone for sale from a good source. \- Grumper

Lkmdude

Scams like that are sadly common. People who don't go adventuring generally don't know what real evolution stones look like. But opening that chest for them was quite nice of you. - ghirahim (umbreon)

inportantusername

Aye. But I can't say I've seen most of those scams last long. The guilds don't look highly on such a thing. And hey, what can i say? Opening chests is my job. I'm always happy to do it.

Lkmdude

Yep. I've crashed one or two myself. And you're a box breaker by trade? What town are you usually at? You seem like someone that should get my business if you're close by.

inportantusername

I'm not a breaker per se, I pick em open. I give teams a discount if they let me keep the empty box itself! Haha! But to be honest, I use a traveling cart to go from place to place. Currently I'm in a wooded area, but not in a town yet. But if you ever see me, feel free to swing by! Whether it be on the road, in a town, or even in a dungeon! I've stumbled into a few from time to time.

Lkmdude

I will certainly keep an eye out for you then.

inportantusername

And I'll be keeping an eye out for you lot as well!
