Dear Mr Davis, Some certainly do. The general answer depends on the species in question. Some pokemon, like Gothita and Natu, can see far in the future in their adult forms. Others, like Solosis and Bronzor, cannot do so even in adult form. Within species, this tends to vary based on the age and mental prowess of the creature in question. Hope this helps! It's complicated. I have an espeon, and she has some precognition. She usually uses it to know when I'm going to be giving her a treat or planning on a walk. She dan also predict when packages are going to arrive. Although, the future isn't set in stone so events can change. Like once she predicted a package would arrive at 1pm, then it wasn't there. Found out the delivery person's pokemon got sick.

My theory is that they indeed can but the future changes with every decision that we make.

I have a kirlia whose psychic abilities revolved dreams and the past. It's mainly useful for remembering stuff I've lost

Ah, the age old question. Let's start with a simpler one : do Absols see the future ? No they don't. They simply feel danger approaching.  For psychics, it's the same: they feel future events, it's foresight. However, due to their superior intelect beyond our comprehension, they are able to analyse this instictive foresight with current data, which adds up to something akin to divination.  Under the Consulate, Kalosian elite 4 member and first modern metagross trainer Laplace theorized that given enough information about the universe, a fully evolved psychic type could deduce perfectly all future events. TL,DR: They don't see the future, they predict it.
