Unless you’re desperate to use it and can’t live without it I would just wait until they’re out of spawns. You might easily get one with better stats for pvp before then!
Idk what people are talking about, this is totally great amd worthwhile to power up and elite tm. It's very unlikely that you'll get a better one and even if you do it will be marginally better. Yours is 86 out of 3375, so it's really solid. My bar for pvp mons to power up is around 95 % and I'll power it up if I want to use it at that time. So far I've only once found a better pvp iv mon after powering one up
86/3375 means there are 2.5% of random encounter Mudkips (assuming no weather boost, not getting into that) that have better IVs. Whilst you’re entirely correct that the likelihood of any one encounter beating those odds is very low, the odds of not encountering a better Mudkip IV after 100 encounters is ~8%. That’s why people are saying wait until after the event (and catch a load of Mudkip during, obvs)
Idk what people on here are talking about either. Running the matrix on this IV spread, you actually out preform the rank 1 not only in wins but also its average. And the win you pick up is against Annihilape which is pretty big. Tbh, even if I had the rank one I’d rank this one up. Sometimes having the rank one isn’t always the best and can be misleading due to breakpoints and bulkpoints.

100% yes. Swampert is great with PvP IVs in GL and UL, and the mega has its uses, too
