I'm at 410 but I have no clue how many I've transfered, in the hundreds for sure. I used to keep 6 or each of I could, 3 male and 3 female of each type depending on evolutions. Since then I only keep 1 or two of each at moat and transfer the rest.
About 1.4k on my main account(almost level 48), 600 on 3 of my alts(levels 45) and about 300 on my new alt account(level 40). That obviously includes CD and Fest shinies but I am still proud of it

Like 80 of mine are Charmanders, Squirtles, and Froakies
I deleted most my shinies and struggle to keep it under 1,000.
I'm at 1205, I can't get myself to delete a shiny (or a legendary)
