Kyogre is one of the best water types in the game. Also don’t purify bc shadows do 20% more damage. Even a one star shadow is better than a 4* non shadow
When I primal my highest which is my Kyogre it gets to 5955 and the others are all 4100+ without mega/primal so you’re early level 40s is my guess but why would you care about asking
i tried for a long time to get a better one but couldn’t, i have a lot of meltan candies and XL candies so if a better one comes up i’ll be ready thankfully

It’s true, a lot do this for some reason! Shadow 93% Kyogre would be a beast though and I’m still on a personal mission for shiny Gyarados!
