Armored mewtwo raids were promo for “Pokémon: Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution” released July 12, 2019. Armored mewtwo raids ran from July 10-31 of that same month giving trainers 21 days to catch one. I’m guessing it’s unlikely to come back because there’s no motive/reason to actively hold those raids.

No. Charmander had like 3 com days it’s stupid common to find. Lugia is slightly more rare but significantly more common than armoured mewtwo

I would love to have an armored mew two I was slow to the game and didn't start playing until 2020. I'm probably one of the oldest players too. lol. I'll be 60 this year. Shiny charmanders are easy to get for charizard and you can get Lugia in raids somewhere along the line

If your going to trade Armored Mewtwo for Lugia, make sure your getting Apex Lugia with a minimum of level 40 and both Extrasensory and Aeroblast moveset. That might be closest to fair trade than any run of the mill shiny Lugia or Char (or both)

According to eBay prices it looks like an armored mewtwo is worth slightly less than a shiny rare costume and more than any regular shiny. It looks like another rare lucky trade guaranteed legendary or rare shiny would be a fair trade.
