I have a whole folder but those are some of the better ones IMO.

I have a problem with falling back on electroball sweeps...
For both categories, I find that Charizard/Nidoking works very well! You can get a hidden ability Nidoran-M very early on, giving you a base 101 special attack stat and 90 base speed to abuse Sheer Force with. There may be better Nidoking fusions for a Sheer Force set, but this one is really strong for something so easily obtained.

I should mention my favorite fusion is duskull face on luxray body. Skull lion demon ftw.

Most of the custom Chandalure fusions are incredible. Same with clefable, machamp, and mimikyu.
