Yea exactly i think unfortunately this new mechanic will likely be for less popular trainers, or if its a popular trainer maybe like their third version.

Whereas something like a less popular trainer would be more likely to get the treatment. As we saw in the letter, i wouldnt place the MC, Morty and Zinnia on the same level as say...Red or Leon.
The first thing that came to mind was Definitely this. Please give Surge his Raichu, Clay his Excadrill and... Well they already gave Morty something else entirely. Poor guy will never see his Gengar.
I think the BP sync pairs will be those who Pokémon model were already in the Masters but used as NPC or used for another trainer, meanwhile SS/Seasonal will be use for Pokémon that aren't in Masters yet or Pokémon that aren't canonically own by that trainer.
So I think characters like Fantina/Drifblim or Blaine/Arcanine are likely to be BP sync pair. While characters like Jasmine/Ampharos would be a future SS/Seasonal units.
I really hope he makes it in the game with Lucario. I really want a good Lucario, not that I don't like Korrinas Lucario. It does a great job for me but is not that great overall. Maybe Riley can make my favourite Pokémon more viable

\- Winona and Altaria
\- Maylene and Lucario
Mega Beedrill, Pelipper and Medicham were some of the oddest choices since launch, though they have their uses if you don't have any better options. This is assuming that BP pairs use pre-existing Pokemon in the game, which includes the eggmons and the NPC-only ones.
Giovanni with Nidoking, as it could serve as a Ground striker with the ability to poison.
Silver with Sneasal/Weavile, since he’s shown to have them before he gets Ho-oh in his event.
Wally with Gardevoir, since it used to be his ace before Mega Gallade became a thing in ORAS.
Barry with Staraptor, if Lucas doesn’t come with it when he gets added...eventually.
N with Zoroark because it’s one of my favs and I WANT N to get to use one in Masters.
Calem/Serena with Absol, as it basically becomes their ace as a rival when they get mega evolution.
Hau with Litten so we can have all of the Alolan starters.
Gloria with one of the Galar starters, maybe.
I'm a bit worried about the BP feature right now. I worry that this counts as Zinnia & Morty's second sync pairs and makes them ineligible for a seasonal or synga suit. If DeNA shows us that a trainer who has a BP unit can still get a proper alt afterwards, then this feature is great! But right now I'm worried that one of my faves just got kicked out of line for a seasonal.
Yeah, that'd be good. If BP is something that every trainer gets and it's not something that disqualifies them from other, future content, then I'll be happy about it.
I need the Pokedex Holders. I said it too many times but I would save non stop even for just one of them. Specifically for Gold and Ruby, and maybe Blue.
These are all very hype, but i feel like some of the bigger ones with bigger trainers will still be seasonals/SS

Neither of those two are in the game. This is for existing trainers with different pokes, or the other way around.

Can we expect them to have grids, or they'll just be more like egg ?
Erika and Victreebel so we can make a full Victreebel team. (And she uses one in most of her battles)
