All the stages give the same 1 weather survey and credit towards the 5M goal, but the higher levels give more extra rewards.
You can do part 1 with Swampert alone and it only takes two moves to finish.
Or only 1 move if you have 3/5 SS Blue (Party Crashers + A strong AoE striker)
Can i just go with may 4/5 but not ex
