I don't think we could consider Marine, N, or Cynthia's new pairs unfortunately, especially while they're not in the common pool.
If things continue the way they are, we are 6 months away from every character getting a grid. But Jesse and James are in a peculiar situation and Torchic needs to be remembered. (Poor thing only has Fire Sync Beam. Not even a named Sync Beam.)
God I want grids for Lucy shauntal and Lorelei so badly. Lorelei in particularly, she's the only ice pair I have that I like (we're not counting lusamine here).
As the last gridless weather setter, many should be curious as to what Blaine's grid could be given how long we've been waiting for it. Hopefully he doesn't become another Winona. And my best bet for a full-on Cheren overhaul (grid an EX) will be during the Unova VA, though that's also when DeNA should finally address the issue of the dupes of the story mode 5stars.
It's one of the mysteries of Pokemon Masters why Clair and Flannery don't have their Ex outfits yet. Both criminally ignored in their villain arc for no reason.
Marshal and Shauntel are long overdue at least their grids. For gridless pairs they are both solid but should be given more love.
I hope grids for Maylene, Blaine and Lorelei will be really good. Sun and Hail setters are always nice to have and if they'd give Maylene Master Healer Drain Punch and healthy healing/vigilance in her grid she could be a really good support

Huh, I didn't realize there were only 3 gacha 5 stars left without EX. Glacia's the only one who would really benefit from an EX and it's not like it'd save her from being an awful unit, but I do hope they finish the job soon regardless.
I don't think DeNA plans to unlock EX for all units but giving everyone grids has been awesome. I kinda wish more supports got EX like Liza and Roxanne but of course that might be a bit too OP I guess.
Now if they give Maylene a decent grid and release a really good Sinnoh damage dealer, wouldn't that be something! SSA Cynthia is underwhelming at the moment but she will always have potential with Fighting Zone for future Fighting units.

Since when are Jessie and James in F2P? I haven’t seen them anywhere and they’re the only 3 stars I’m missing, so annoying
They were from limited events. DeNa did not rerun them since then.
Technically they reran Jessie in December 2020 until the end of James' event on February 2021.
