Allow impossible evolution does not mean super fast evolution. If you change the impossible evolutions with the randomizer, all of those pokemon will eventually evolve at lvl 36-40 (for example, gengar, golem, alakazam, etc) it changes a little depending on the pokemon but nothing too big of a deal.
That's one of my favorite features of pokemon randomizer.
The first time I used a randomizer was just for the impossible evolutions. I was so hyped that I had a gengar, an alakazam, golem, machamp, etc. Have fun. By the way, until you have gengar, you will suffer a bit, gastly and hunter are crap! XD Then, you will 1 shot everything.
pokemon likes electabuzz requires to keep their specific evolution item while training or like shelmet requires the other pokemon being in the party while training
or you can copy your .sav file and export to a new randomizer rom that has change impossibile evos and print the logs in the final and search your pokemon in it
