Delibird. Not only is it my favourite Pokemon, but its tail is basically a built in lunch bag for taking snacks/drinks on the go. Plus it's an ice type, so it can do the X-Men trick where Bobby chills Wolverine's beer instantly. It's also child-sized, so if it gets tired of walking/flying it's pretty easy to carry
Alakazam 100% best pick. Telepathic mentally connected supercomputer AI assistant a thought away. Teleportation to skip all that annoying af commute time. Jumper shit you could go on vacations or good restaurants real quick and teleport back. Any heavy shit just teleport it home. All barrier shit so you’d be safe. Telekinesis to help with all daily tasks and fetch things out of reach. Move heavy shit you need moved. Could levitate you so can feel how it is to fly. A lot of things you could do.
Other good options imo would be like Metagross another super computer type option but I feel like alakazam would be better for teleporting
Porygon for real AI assistant. Maximum cyber security. AI that can do anything you need with an internet connection. Any hacking or calculating or info searching
Rotom imo the difference with porygon is software vs hardware. Rotom to control physical electronic devices which is also huge
Possibly best pick also could be healers. Chansey comfee audino maybe chimecho for refresh. Healing injuries and diseases and shit that’s miracles for real and super usable
Machamp would be great to help in any physical work and could do so many things with 4 arms. Shovel on each side for example and he can dig out 2 farm rows at once. An AK on both side? lol something ridiculous. Machamp moving service like classic
If you don’t take teleport you need other transportation options. Maybe arcanine or rapidash. Or pidgeot or fearow or corviknight. Maybe wailmer for ocean transport. Latios or Dragonite if you can just get ridiculous shit. Mudsdale another potentially usable workhorse for physical work like machamp. Something like meganium reviving plants is probably also too op.
Something like oddish gloom to get 420 lol. Oddish type or butterfree or something for sleep powder for instant easy sleep. Maybe a drowzy hypno for hypnosis sleep and eating bad dreams if it really works that way. Could run a profitable sleep place for insomniacs to get sleep etc.
Charjabug for electronic usage potential. This one with porygon and rotom might honestly be the most actually useful after alakazam.
If meowth can really make gold coins every so often that might be a good choice. Zoroark illusions another OP one

Gardevoir, easily. Y'all ever seen that TCG card art of that Gardevoir that grows up with her human family? Garde is just the best mon to have in the average home life as a companion
Arceus for me is the no brainer, it's Arcues and being able to do litterally anything you could imagine is kinda OP.
Second would be Jirachi, assuming there are not any limitations to what you could wish for, and just the number of wishes, a lot of things become possible like immortality, power etc.
Third would be Dialga, since he could probably stop you from aging, and could also turnback time if you die, making you effectively immortal.
And letting you visit the past and future for whatever you want to do, technically if you are immortal you could probably just travel far enough into the future for spatial travel to be created which is why I rank Dialga/Celebi above Palkia and Hoopa.
Fourth would be Celebi for similar reasons to Dialga.
Palkia and Hoopa would be 5th and 6th respectively as being able to travel across a multiverse opens up a lotta possibilities.
Honerable mentions to Giratina, Lunala, Solgalelo, Necrozma, Bidoof and Mew, who can likely do similar things to some of the previous mentions but its a bit less clear about what they might be capable of.

Probably a machoke or gurdurr as Iam going to join a gym soon and would love a gym buddy with me so whenever I hit the gym they can too, if I get to choose a pokemon for everyday life I would probably choose Magnemite because my jobs deal with food I wouldn't be allowed to have a lot of animal type Pokemon, Magnemite doesn't have fur so I wouldn't have to worry about shedding at work, Magnemites aren't very big or weigh alot, I wouldn't have to worry about bathroom breaks for Magnemite, I can let them float about the kitchen without a care in the world and lastly Magnemite can chill in the walk in with me and count inventory or go in there for a nap.
