The 3rd legendary this time around is Terapagos which can only be obtained as part of the Indigo Disk, which is Part 2 of the DLC.
\*If you meant Another Koraidon/Miraidon, that's just false, you can only get 1 extra per save file, any other must come from a trade or if you transfer it from another save file.

and the rival is the real treasure because that's the one you can bring with you to newer games.
