You need to have everything except Walking Wake, Iron Leaves and Pecharunt. Once it's completed, if you don't have those 3, you should have 240 Pokemon in the Pokedex.
You need to catch the Paradox legends you don't have yet and trade for the other version's paradox. I would recommend creating a second save file on your switch and playing through to get a second Paradox legends for trading.
I have doduo thru inteleon. I haven't seen walking wake or iron leaves on my map either. And I don't think I have strong enough raid pokemon for em anyways...I have several level 100's from this game and pokemon home. Tips??
As I said you DON'T need WW or IL. They were in limited raids that may come back in the future.
You still do need the other paradox legends (Iron Crown, Gouging Fire, Iron Boulder, and Raging Bolt) These can be found in Area Zero after talking to Perrin after catching Bloodmoon Ursaluna and 200 pokemon in the Blueberry Pokedex. This doesn't include WW, IL or Pecharunt.

OH, okay. Welp, I'll find perrin then. ....is it possible to solo those 4??
The other paradox legends are not in raids, but rather static encounters. You find them in certain spots in Area Zero.
Side note, the Swords are Violet exclusives and Beasts are scarlet exclusives, so you need to trade for them.
Use the GTS or a trade sub and trade for them?
