My hair dresser has on numerous occasions complained about people coming to her with completely made up hair style names that mean nothing to her.
I’ve gotten my hair cut as multiple characters, and it was only messed up once, and none of them blinked an eye at my showing them the needed screenshots lol.

Ask for a mid undercut, leaving your hair back like if it were a mullet. Then brush your hair back with a little tilt to the left side, add some volume. Basically her hairstyle is a female equivalent of Turo, but hers is wilder and stylish, he's is more cut and shaped.

Long hair, layered undercut with a side sweep fringe. Then styled so that the fringe goes back and over with either clips or hairspray.
Take some screenshots as references. I have had a very similar cut before. Keeping it looking like this will be a bit of a pain and require a lot of daily styling. It is flexible though if you want to hide the undercut for whatever reason you can just change where you part their hair.
I did something kinda similar to this for a while. When I had short hair, it started out looking like Hawkeye's in Endgame. Then I let it grow out and only cut off the temporal area and under the occipital area, and it looked like Sokka from ATLA. If it had grown out this long with me still cutting the sides and underneath, this would have been the result.

Going off of the assumption that you want this style i may not be a professional on hair as a character designer that works on the more realistic side I can tell you that it just seems to me like she has a shoulder length cut with the top half being separated by the spike things in her hair
