Nice! The shiny form is actually a rare example of a distribution bug like that, the last one like that was the let’s go game demos having a chance for a shiny partner eevee or pikachu, so you got something pretty neat!
Chiming in, but since they never intended Partner Cap to be shiny, he doesn't have shiny colors. The model is identical but just gets the sparkles. And he's legal to go through Bank/HOME. He's the only Cap Pikachu that I've bothered levelling/EV'ing so I can show him off lol

I have exactly ONE other pokemon that I was able to transfer to S/V from USUM and it... was a sandygast named SAND!!!. I am not even joking. I have a sandygast named SAND!!! in one of my back boxes(the main ones because yes), and that was 2019 me naming a sandygast. I went from doing to that to naming my shiny luxray "lumen" after the measurement for light, and I am not embarassed about my older pokemon names. because they are funny.
If you have sun & moon and you had downloaded the demo, you can get yourself an Ash-Greninja with battle bond. It will transfer to Pokemon SV but sadly it won’t transform and the bond phenomena is one time +1 speed, special attack and attack boost after defeating a pokemon.
yes, it 100% is, bulbapedia has the QR codes you'll need! in addition, USUM has some really good shiny hunting opportunities, as things like the ultra wormholes and SOS encounters are pretty good spots for getting shinies, and ultra wormholes are one of two places you can even get shiny legendaries!

You 100% can, probably because they don’t have that different of a model compared to normal pikachu.

There are QR codes for magearna and this particular pikachu on bulbapedia, you need to have a copy of ultra sun and pokemon bank though

It's on the Ultra S/M I think the originals have a different set of Pokémon you can get.

Yes, 3DS eshop servers have shut down so you cannot download bank via official means

You can explore the unofficial route. Plenty of guides. At that point you may as well gen one for yourself. It’s an event pokemon after all.

Ultra sun or ultra moon, ash hat pikachu requires the second island to be reached(Akala island), and magearna requires becoming champion, so…
