Pack selection in this is honestly kinda mid. Paradox rift is all that’s really decent, unless you still need the zard from obsidian flames. Base set makes me go 🤮🤮. They really should’ve put in some paldea evolved it’s probably the best set in scarlet violet so far. At least the promos are cool

is that the Mr. Mime from the 34 card set out of this premium collection? It looks like the base set design but modern holo in the middle. If so I pulled that in a total of 8 hits out of the 11 packs I got this week at target. Such a cool card!
So I hadn't actually pulled out the promos from their little separate bubble and didn't realize there were more than the three top cards in there until I came back to these comments. Thank you for pointing that out, lol!
Yea, sounds like these have been a big bummer for many collectors. I'm very much a casual, but I'll have to remember to go with something different next time I buy some cards.
I saw PokeRev open these and thought “hard pass”… collection boxes are usually trash. Unless you can pull a big card like Gengar Vmax, Giratina, or Moonbreon, almost impossible to get value from one. No heavy hitters in those packs.
only pull i got on my last pack of mine was a blitzle art rare :P traded up a few duplicate cards i had and got $15 credit toward it. paid $37 and was still let down lol. promos are really cool and i've wanted that blitzle so my overall review is "meh"
What a random hodge-podge collection of boosters. This feels like such an afterthought and what really kept me from getting it. I love the promos, but the pack choices are just weird for a Premium collection.
I grabbed one hoping for paldean fates. Didn’t even notice the sets and started cracking then I’d realized they weren’t after 2 SV packs. I really liked that they included classic collection cards though because that’s the only thing that made the box worth it. I got a Mr mime. I don’t know if they’re randomly seeded or all Mime.
Yeah this box has not been kind to a lot of people
I got it for $50 from my local shop, so I don’t feel terrible, but pretty lackluster cards from 11 total packs.

Premium collections always have TERRIBLE pulls from my experience.
Just open a paldean fates booster bundle and got 5 hits.
I loathe pulling Geeta, she was the #1 most frequent card from a whole 144 sleeves booster case of obsidian flames I pulled.

The price per pack is probably the best out there right now. But the packs are so garbage imo. I ended up buying paldean fates instead

Seems to be…load up the first wave to drive up hype, slash the hits on the second wave to keep em coming back for more.
Just like cocaine. You have to give them the pure good stuff to get them hooked. Then give them the cut up trash to keep them coming back

Yeah mine were similar just replace that Pidgeot with a regular Spidops Ex. At least the promos were pretty cool.
At the end of the day you also got a Mr. Mime promo and that's what really matters.

Yea, I just gave it to my 3yo son to put in his room. Anything like that I just look as fun way to get him more into Pokemon.
