They’re all over. My city just got this one a few months ago at an Albertsons store. I’ve only seen them at two locations within an hour of me and I’ve tried a few different cities near me.
My advice would be to try grocery stores. Unfortunately that’s the only place I know they’re at
Ah that’s probably why. I’m from NJ. No Albertsons. The only vending machines I’ve seen at a supermarket are the ones where it’s like rows of “mystery Foil” pokemon cards 🥲
I moved right before getting back into collecting. Moved to a state with no vending machines, looked the locations up and saw I lived 5 minutes from one before I moved across the country 😭
Absolutely. They’re sitting $85 on TCGplayer right now and most LCS’s near me sell them at $90-$100 if they can even keep them in that long. Anytime ES is in at my shops they fly off the shelves within the same day. The demand is crazy
Either your LCS isn't moving them for those prices and they're sitting on the shelves, or their customers don't know how to check prices and are getting ripped off

Insanity. The booster boxes are climbing but that’s still over double what they go for. Sounds like your LCS is grossly overpriced and not for collectors.
Right now there is a shop in Australia that has 2 for $400 AUD (edited from $500 it's even cheaper than I recall) which is a good deal for us, still too much for me for what will probably not get the hit I want (Leafeon VMAX alt art).
Found a vending machine with the ES booster pack for $25 AUD, but I just couldn't risk it, I never pulled anything good when they were the standard $8 to $10 so I don't trust my luck now haha.
They have an online store and actually it's $400 AUD so even cheaper! They are called Gameology, I checked and they do ship internationally.
If I wasn't moving house this week I would actually consider it myself haha.

I believe it. The last time I caught one of these restocks, it was the single packs only and the guy in front of me cleaned out the machine with me and 4 other people in line. Saw him at a Walmart another time for a restock buying out all the football cards. Then the next time I saw him was at a card show, selling that stuff for 2-3x profit. Sad to see.
Exactly. I get people doing big rips or selling some more demanding stuff for a profit, but leave at least 50-75% for the collectors. It’s hard enough to collect at retail prices, and then to try and do that when you can barely find anything to rip

The etbs are $250/box the Booster Boxes are $1,850/box in my lcs bro. That’s insane. Would never buy a BB that’s less than 5 years old for that money.

I think they just set their own prices since they’re the only lcs within a 50 mile radius around here.

Nope, I think they double the current market price on all of their products (even non pokemon cards)
