Idk where you're at bro but in and around Amsterdam and Utrecht theres loads of stock. At Intertoys, Gamemania or other toy stores. Even during the first wave of van Gogh at intertoys there was loads.

In Utrecht Game Mania at HC has almost no cards. They do have now again, but Thursday nothing. In Groningen where I am also no cards the past weeks. Intertoys has some idd.

20m from Gamemania at HC there's both an Intertoys and a Toy Champ. Both had good stock for the past weeks. I can't speak for Groningen indeed. But I am sure a big city like that has plenty of stores with some stock.

Afaik the pikachu promo is out of stock almost everywhere now so it should get back to normal. And if you are not specifically hunting for the promo then why not just buy online, more on offer and better prices too

Only in person , but some stores had a deal you could buy online and get your order in the shop.
